Hi everyone, Jo Street here with some very exciting news for you all.  (This might be a bit wordy but bear with me, it will be worth the wait!!)

Craftwork Cards are launching a brand new challenge and yours truly is the lucky person hosting it.  It's called 12 CARDS FOR CHRISTMAS.  The challenge will run month to month for a full 12 months.  Starting TODAY!!!!

It will open the first MONDAY in every month with a specific Christmassy theme and will remain open for people to enter for the whole month. Different members of the Design Team will also make cards as inspiration.

The only thing we ask is that you use predominately Craftwork Cards products, work with the current theme  and become a follower of the Craftwork Cards blog.

A winner will be randomly picked and that lucky person will win a lovely Craftwork Cards Prize.
There will also be a Showcase of the winners card along with some of the fabby entries that we receive.

Everybody still with me....good.  Lets get cracking on the first Challenge.

The Challenge for the month of November is

We want you to make a Christmas card using elements from the Craftwork Cards Kraft and Glitter pad ranges.  They can be as elaborate or CAS as you like, the world is your oyster as they say.
Click here to see the yummy Christmas range at Craftwork Cards you can choose to treat yourself with to start creating with for this challenge!!!

The winner this month will receive....6 months FREE Privilege Club Membership plus one free  privilege kit!! for the month that they start their membership.   Wow that's a fantastic prize.  Look on the website HERE to see what fantastic offers and inspiration there is.

To get us started here is a little inspiration for you from the lovely Hazel Eaton and myself...

WOW Hazel's card, its fantastic and would look lovely on a Christmassy Mantlepiece.

Hazel has used four kraft-cards, papers from the glitter-pad-candy-cane  The stamps are Craftwork Cards  printers-blocks alphabet stamp set.

Check out that paper folded Christmas Tree.

It's amazing Hazel, what a fantastic card to kick start the challenge.

And now for my little offering...

I've made a gatefold card using an A4 sheet of Kraft card from the krafty-christmas-goodybag.  The paper is from the glitter-pad-candy-cane.  The flowers and robin are also from the Goody Bag.  I've sprayed them with gold spray.

I've chalked the robin's tummy and round the edges of the flowers before spraying them with gold spray.  IRL they look lovely and it gives them a shiny glaze.

Even the Candi has been sprayed gold!!!

So there we have it.  Now it's your turn.  Get your Krafty Christmas cards made and e mail them to me at  This challenge will close on Sunday 2nd December at 10pm and a new challenge will start on Monday 3rd December.  We will announce the winner shortly after.

I can't wait to see what you all come up with!
Tell me what you think about this 12 Cards for Christmas challenge!

Bye for now
